Kendall’s practice focuses on government and internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, and complex commercial litigation.  Kendall has represented individuals and companies facing allegations of fraud, public corruption, and securities violations, and has experience in matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, False Claims Act, and Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, among other areas.  Before joining the firm, Kendall was an Associate in the litigation and enforcement practice group of Ropes & Gray LLP.

Kendall graduated from the George Washington University Law School, where she served as a Managing Editor for the George Washington Law Review.  During law school, Kendall participated in a clinic representing indigent clients appealing criminal convictions and interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.  Kendall received her bachelor’s degree in World Politics from Hamilton College.
