Anthony’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including bankruptcy litigation, as well as white collar criminal defense and internal investigations. 

Prior to joining Calfo Eakes, Anthony practiced at a boutique litigation firm. There he represented individuals, professional fiduciaries, and business entities in federal and state courts.

Anthony graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law. He was a managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, and his comment, Far From the Madding Crowd: Crowdfunding a Small Business Reorganization, was published in its Volume 34. During law school, he interned with the Hon. Mary Grace Diehl (retired) of the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Office of the Attorney General, and the United States Trustee Program.  Anthony earned his bachelor’s degree in History, with departmental honors, from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York.

Anthony is admitted to practice in Florida and Virginia.
