Tyler Weaver has worked for the better part of two decades in complex civil litigation. He has appeared in state and federal courts all over the country. His areas of practice over the years have included consumer protection disputes, civil rights, contracts, antitrust, securities, intellectual property, employment disputes, mass torts, personal injuries, and ERISA and employee benefits.

Prior to joining Calfo Eakes & Ostrovsky, Tyler was a litigation consultant for Cogent Legal.  Before that, he was a partner in the Seattle office of Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP. He also worked for two years as the judicial clerk for the Honorable Justin L. Quackenbush in the Eastern District of Washington.

Tyler graduated from the University of California, Berkley, School of Law, where he served as the Editor in Chief of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Oregon Honors College.

Tyler is President of the board of One Call for All, a Bainbridge Island-based nonprofit that serves as fundraising warehouse for other nonprofits.
